Two kinds of house, one town

Liverpool sits near Onondaga Lake, northwest of the city, and it's a quick run from us in Clay.

There's a compact village core — older houses, set close together, smaller rooms and more of them — and then newer residential streets spreading out from it. The two clean quite differently. The older places have the character and the awkward corners. The newer ones have the floor area.

Neither is harder to quote than the other, as long as you tell us which one you're in.

What we get called for here

A steady mix of recurring house cleaning and one-off deep cleanings. Near the lake we also see a seasonal pattern — places opened back up in spring after a quiet winter, which is deep-cleaning work rather than routine work.

One of the closer towns to us, which makes scheduling here straightforward.
