Service
Hand it over spotless. Or walk into it spotless.
Moving is enough on its own
You're already handling the truck, the utilities, the change of address, and whatever the closing attorney needs by Thursday. Cleaning the empty place is the job that gets left until the night before, done badly at 11pm, and judged by somebody with a clipboard the next morning.
Give us that one.
Why an empty house is a different job
With the furniture gone there's nothing to work around — and nowhere for anything to hide. Every mark on every wall and every corner of every cabinet is right out in the open.
So we clean the insides of things as well as the outsides. Cabinets, drawers, closets, and appliances, because the next person is going to open every single one of them. That's the difference between a place that looks empty and a place that looks looked-after.
Who books this
Tenants at the end of a lease who want the deposit back. Landlords and property managers turning a unit around between tenants. Homeowners who've sold and would rather not leave a mess behind. And buyers who want it done before their own furniture arrives.
Getting the timing right
Book us for after the place is empty and before the handover, the key drop, or the inspection. That window is usually tight, so send us the dates as early as you have them — earlier than you think you need to.
We need access, working power, and running water. If the utilities are being shut off as part of the move, make sure that happens after we've been, not before. It's the single most common way this job goes wrong.
What we don't do
We clean, we don't clear. If there's furniture, trash, or anything left behind that needs hauling away, that's a separate job. Tell us ahead of time and we'll either help or point you at someone who can.
Places vary enormously at this stage, so a few honest photos get you a much better quote than a description does. Send the worst room, not the best one.
